I am glad to except credit/debit card payments via Nochex..
I also except PO'S & UK cheques.
Moneygram also welcome.
If you prefer another method please contact,I am very flexible.
Your security is of upmost importance to us,that is why we use a secure card server with the very best of security tecqnology.
We do NOT see your card details..ever.
 
 
Overseas payment methods.
 
I try to be very flexible with payments from overseas.
 
I except payment with a card from NOCHEX worldwide,a fast growing..safe & secure method of payment..Fraud prevention & secure handling of your card details being paramount to them,and me.
 
 Many  of my overseas buyers pay via moneygram,if you select this method shipping is free..
It is fast,safe & reliable.

Postage/Shipping F.A.Q's
 
Delivery:
I ship/post  your parcels out 3 times a week on average.
If a problem arises you will be notified at once.
If a parcel is required urgently for a special occasion etc I will do my best to post the very same day.
 
Postal/Shipping methods.
UK:I offer recorded delivery on parcels valued at 28 pounds or less..
Orders above this will be sent by next day delivery(some charges may apply).
 
Overseas::
I use Royal Mail Airmail for uninsured parcels,this covers up to 30gbp for insurance purposes  but is not trackable in transit.
For parcels you choose to insure I offer Royal mail international signed for.
Trackable & can be insured to your full value.
Insurance is offered with every purchase & strongly recommended.

Returns:
The following conditions are not intended to deprive you of or in anyway jeapodise your statutory right.
 
I am glad to take returns from my customer but please contact me in writing via email immediately you recieve the goods,you have 7 working days to do so from the date order is recieved..
If you do decide to return items they must be presented to us in the condition that they arrived with you,unworn,unwashed & no damage.
They must have the labels attatched.
 
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the item/s reach us in a timely manner & undamaged,by way of secure packaging.
It is the customers resonsibility to pay carriage costs to return & to make sure that tracking details are available.
Costs will be covered by us in the event of item/s being faulty or any other mistake made by us.
 
If the item/s are returned to us in the said condition/timeframe a refund will be given in a timely manner.
If however the items are worn or damaged in any way then they will be sent back to the sender.
 
Items must be sent back without strong smells,ie: cooking,smoke etc.
We are totally non smoking enviroment and will not take goods back that smell of cigarette smoke.
 
All returned items are sold in our As New section,we do not feel it is fair to resell them as new stock.
 
Return timeframe
UK:7 working days
Europe: 7 working days
Everywhere else:10 working days.

Our policys are there for our/your protection but please do not let them put you off,we like our customers to be happy & will bend over backwards to make your experience with us a happy one.
 
We reserve the right to make changes to our policy but will never change our mind midway through a transaction.

Service:

I want all my customers to be happy with the service I provide & to keep coming back to me.
If a parcel goes missing I will do all the searching & if I cannot locate I will do the insurance claim for you,I will not pass the problem to my customers.

How often do you post/ship parcels.. TOP

  1. I post/ship parcels at least every 48 hours,requests for urgent delivery are always excepted.

What method is used to ship/post parcels. TOP

  1. I use Royal Mail international signed for to ship all overseas parcels.The buyer then signs at the other end,all parcels are insured.Parcels shipped by this method are also trackable in transit.
  2. I use Royal mail 1st class recorded deliver,parcels are covered to 28gbp for insurance purposes & trackable.For parcels valued over 28gbp buyer will be offered other postage methods.
