Important returns information,please read carefully before you make any purchase
For website orders we are happy to accept unworn returned items (with all original tags on) for exchange or refund if the item is unworn and returned within 8 days of receiving your item,this is for uk customers only please
However I would request that UK customers contact us either by email to Blukidz@aol.com or telephone 07895767817 within 48hrs hours of receiving the item,this assists us to prepare for your return and so that we are aware it will be arriving in the post. Please confirm your order number with your return to make it easier for us to locate the original order.
If you are overseas and are returning an order please notify us within 72 hours from when you receive your item and we will note our records accordingly and await your returned parcel.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection using our correct postal address please,deatils at the ned of the page.
If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange. Please note that if you return and wish to exchange for any other items shipping costs will apply. Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped.

How often do you post/ship parcels.. TOP

I post/ship parcels at least every 48 hours,requests for urgent delivery are always excepted. What method is used to ship/post parcels. TOP

I use Royal Mail international signed for to ship all overseas parcels.The buyer then signs at the other end,all parcels are insured.Parcels shipped by this method are also trackable in transit.

I use Royal mail 1st class recorded deliver,parcels are covered to 28gbp for insurance purposes & trackable.For parcels valued over 28gbp buyer will be offered other postage methods. |
